年季の入った外観の定食屋「みゆき」が気になっていて、意を決して、
来店。
ご年配のご夫婦がカウンター4席、4人掛けテーブル3席を切り盛りしている。
席は、8割ほど埋まっていて、多くは常連客と思われる。
一見客は、私たちのみの様だ。
寡黙に料理を作るご主人とラフな接客の奥さんが、料理が詰まっていて、
忙しそうだ。
注文を入れるタイミングがつかみづらい。
やや落ち着いた感じを見計らい、オーダーを入れる。
壁に貼られた手書きのお品書は、「豚肉の味噌煮」と見えたので、
その通りに頼んだが、会計の時に見返したら、「豚肉の味噌漬け」だった。

There is the nostalgic eatery shop I had a concern.
I eventually went there.
There is the elder couple was operating the floor which has four counter seats and 3 tables with 4 seats per table.
80% of seats are already fulling.
The customers seemed to be the regular ones.
The first-time customer will be only us.
The husband is cooking quietly and the wife is responding and serving roughly.
At the moment, It seems to be busy because the orders will be concentrated.

I was wondering about the order timing.
I eventually ordered while confirming how much busy they are.
When I looked at the menu holding the wall, the name of the food I ordered seemed to be “Yakiniku-Miso-ni（simmered by Miso)”.

So I ordered as I looked.
When I pay it, I noticed my wrong.
The right name was “Yakiniku-Miso-zuke(pickled by MIso)”.
